結びついた禊ぎの行事です。

Akita Kanto Matsuri is a ceremony of a purification ceremony in which a prayer for rich harvest and an event of rinsing (purging uncleanness and protecting from evil spirits) are linked. It is a big pageant with a row of about 200 pole lights in the summer night sky.
